# Refined reservation created on agent
# Master -> agent checkpoint resources message is dropped by the network
# Agent is downgraded to be refinement-incapable and re-registers
Because the master's version of the checkpointed resources contains a
reservation refinement, we should probably just disallow the re-registration.
