The CMake build system does not build the mesos-java components, and so does
not support the bindings required by common frameworks such as Marathon.
NOTE: I already have this fixed in a work-in-progress branch where the Java
components are built and linked properly, and tested working with Marathon. I'm
creating this issue to track the fact that it did not work, so no one else
duplicates my effort to fix it.
