Tobias Pfeiffer commented on MESOS-4217:
----------------------------------------

Sorry to comment on this old issue. Is there _any_ way I can allow symlinks to
certain locations, like a manual whitelist or so? I would like my users (the
ones who execute Mesos jobs) to store files in a directory outside the sandbox,
but also allow access via the Mesos API after the job has completed. If there
is any idea for how to do that, it would be much appreciated.

> Current Mesos sandbox UI doesn't follow symlinks. Right now this prevents a
> user to browse a persistent volume, which is symlinked inside the sandbox
> directory.
