Docs Text: (was: The {{SLEEP_COMMAND}} macro was added to help with POSIX
like systems vs Windows where we do not have {{sleep}} but instead have
{{PowerShell -Command Start-Sleep}}. However, it is not used entirely
consistently, and after an investigation, it's possible we just want to remove
it.
Either way, the comment above its implementation is out-of-date.)
