When the fetcher fails, we emit a message:
{code}
return Failure("Failed to fetch all URIs for container '" +
stringify(containerId) +
"' with exit status: " +
stringify(status.get()));
{code}
But `status` is the return value from
[wait(2)|http://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man2/waitpid.2.html] so we should be
using {{WSTRINGIFY}}.
