The
{{bool/UserContainerLoggerTest.ROOT_LOGROTATE_RotateWithSwitchUserTrueOrFalse/0}}
test runs a binary from the tester's home directory as the user {{nobody}}.
This can fail depending on how permissive the directory permissions are (i.e.
it requires traverse permission for others).
This will work:
