Added context to new agent processing calls.
This change adds context information to log entries for agent
HTTP API handlers. It impacts the calls `LAUNCH_CONTAINER`,
`WAIT_CONTAINER`, `KILL_CONTAINER`, and `REMOVE_CONTAINER`.
