Environment: A cluster with 2 node, each is Centos7 with two Nvidia
Titan X (12GB).

Fix For: 1.5.0
The new feature would enable a Mesos offer provide not only the number of GPUs
but also how many GPU memory left. For example, if a user needs 10 GB on each
GPU to run a Deep Learning training job on Caffe, but the offered GPU only gets
6 GB left, the user should be able to know and reject this offer.
