"/help" prefix, e.g., {{http://<master-ip:port>/help/help/version}}.
Links in response from {{http://<master-ip:port>/help/master/}} contain
duplicated "/master" prefix, e.g.,
{{http://<master-ip:port>/help/master/master/flags}}.
Without trailing slash all links are fine.
