I've added
[support/jenkins/cat.py|https://github.com/apache/mesos/commit/329fe968e6dab216bfc42ef84acd37a78f40d9bf]
which is essentially {{cat}} except that it explicitly marks the {{stdout}}
file descriptor as *blocking*.
I've modified the Jenkins script to be:

./support/jenkins/buildbot.sh | ./support/jenkins/cat.py{code}
