The agent may OOM if there are large number of finished tasks checkpointed in
metadata dir. This may happen for some long running framework/executor. (note
that the sandbox GC is coupled with the metadata GC). If a custom executor is
running forever and a lot of short task finished, this may block the agent from
recovering. See MESOS-6285 for details.
