After fixing MESOS-8418, there are still low hanging performance improvements
that can be done to both the /containers and /monitor/statistics container
usage metrics endpoints.
* There is a lot of copying of {{ResourceUsage}} protobufs, the primary cost
being copying the embedded executors and tasks in the protobuf. See the
attached flamegraph.
* Adoption of jsonify instead of constructing JSON objects will improve
performance.
There are a variety of less trivial improvements as well.
