Currently, all tests which make use of the {{FUTURE_HTTP_CALL}} and
{{DROP_HTTP_CALL}} macros are disabled. It seems that these macros have not
been updated to accommodate other changes. These macros should be debugged and
the relevant tests re-enabled.
For example, see {{SlaveRecoveryTest, DISABLED_ReconnectHTTPExecutor}} in
{{src/tests/slave_recovery_tests.cpp}}.
