Currently for Dcos installation on Azure in the configuration parameter
"exhibitor_storage_backend" we only have the option to provide the storage
access key.
Since azure has now come up with the role based access control we can leverage
that and have an AWS like options to have role based access as well.
This helps if there is accidental storage account key rotation exhibitor won't
be effected and we can have a much stable Dcos on azure.
