Because of the profile ( build-rpms ) not being automatically activated, maven
clean will not clean the rpm build area, and this may cause problems with
rat-check.
We need to refactor this so that it is less confusing. Maybe have the clean
phase automatically activate the module inclusion or something....
It needs some thought, and maven skill though.
