Ah, aren't we required to run up changes in full dev or quick dev as part of
the PR process? That actually builds the RPMs. I think running the RPM build
during the Travis run is unnecessary and will take up a chunk of the maximum
allowable time. Wouldn't mind seeing it run nightly as part of a Jenkins (we
really should get Jenkins going) run.
