Enhance the `PROFILER_APPLY` function so that multiple messages can be applied
at once. This makes it much simpler to test with larger, likely more diverse,
data sets.
Enhance the `StandAloneProfiler` to output the number of profiles defined, the
number of messages applied, and details on how those messages were applied.
