When you install a parser extension, you will see the installed parsers, and be
able to start them, but when go to the + sign, those parsers will not be in the
parser type selection list until metron rest is restarted.
This is because the bundle system does not re-scan.
The solution is for the bundle system to have the ability to ADD a new bundle
on demand.
