Summary: Manual pasting of timestamps into the timestamp picker

Currently if I paste a timestamp into the timestamp picker on the UI it
overwrites it with the calendar entry that was selected. I would be able to
manually paste a timestamp (that is valid) and not have it be overwritten by
the calendar widget selection
