One of the nice features that we can have is an ability to tune Storm specific
parameters per each parser feed. Right now it is possible to address this
feature by using "start_parser_toplogy.sh", but it is hard to maintain. As soon
as somebody restarts a feed from Management UI or Ambari, it will be
overwritten.
