METRON-1362 Improve Metron Deployment README
The metron-deployment/README has evolved into something that is difficult
to understand and includes some outdated information. This is an attempt to
help make this more clear for users.
Please review and let me know if I deleted any information that you think
is still relevant. Is this format easier to understand? How can I make this
better?
