We should be adding the Apache license in an HTML comment (<!-- -->) on our
Markdown files. This allows the header to still be in the source, but hides it
from the rendering. I validated that this works on both the GitHub rendering
and the site-book rendering.
This came up in a discuss thread awhile ago, but it looks like it slipped
through the cracks afterwards.
