Summary: Automate Install of Stellar Interpreter in Zeppelin

For a user to run Stellar within a Zeppelin Notebook, a series of manual
installation steps is currently required of the user. These steps are defined
in the README at `metron-stellar/stellar-zeppelin/README.md`.
These installation steps should be automated so that when Metron is deployed
the user can immediately open a Zeppelin Notebook and start running Stellar
expressions.
