METRON-1598 NoClassDefFoundError when running with Elasticsearch X-Pack

In the directions for setting up Metron to work with the X-Pack, we just
have one exclusion too many. Simple fix.

    ## Testing

    1. Launch a development environment.

    1. Follow the existing instructions to setup the X-Pack.

    1. Execute the queries outlined in the JIRA and ensure that valid responses
are received for both.
