METRON-1607: update public web site to point at 0.5.0 new release

Regenerated the site. Updated the download links to point to 0.5.0 instead
of 0.4.2. Removed MD5 sum from links because we will no longer publish it per
https://www.apache.org/dev/release-distribution#sigs-and-sums
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Website+PR+Merge
contains instructions for running the site locally.
Ensure the download links are correct, MD5 is missing, and that the site
book link is correct.
