METRON-1562: Enable Kerberos in REST for YARN and MR jobs

This PR fixes a couple minor issues so that pcap jobs can be run in REST
when Kerberos is enabled. There were a couple missing maven dependencies that
were causing Kerberos authentication warnings in the REST logs. I also added a
yarn setting to the full dev Ambari blueprint to resolve this error:
```
Requested user is not whitelisted and has id 501, which is below the
minimum allowed 1000
```
This shouldn't happen outside of full dev and will help others avoid it in
the future.
I tested this in full dev by running a fixed pcap query after enabling
Kerberos. The query should work without issue.
