This is ready for review. At least one person has reported an issue with
running up master on `2.0.0.2`, which is what we currently point people to as
an option, so this needs to be pushed forward no matter what.
There is still no fix for checking the version of ansible a client is using
in a situation where the yaml doesn't parse correctly for that version, given
the current setup of our playbooks.
