Summary: Fetch Profile Definitions from Zk for Batch Profiler

Currently, the Batch Profiler only accepts profile definitions as defined in a
file on the local system. This is passed in as a command line argument;
'–profiles'. The Batch Profiler should also be able to read the profile
definitions that exist in Zookeeper. The same ones that are used for the
Streaming Profiler.
