I don't have a list, because I honestly hadn't really thought about it
beyond just separating the packages out.
Right now, I think getting rid of the hardcoded test paths is the only
thing that's potentially a direct concern. If we aren't going to do it in this
PR, I can make a jira for it. I personally don't consider it to be essential or
high in my personal priorities (just because it's already like that; if it were
fresh, I'd rather it be not hardcoded).
