Description:
Because of the move from git-wip-us to gitbox, the location of the repositories
changed. This needs to be changed in the current metron scripts as well.
E.g.
* dev-utilities/committer-utils/metron-committer-common
* dev-utilities/release-utils/prepare-release-candidate
