currently the batch update doesn't have rest end point , selecting multiple 
alerts in the UI and modifying status will make multiple calls to 
[/api/v1/update/patch|http://nat-r7-rrss-metron-1.openstacklocal:8082/swagger-ui.html#!/update-controller/patchUsingPATCH].
