Description:
We found an issue with Grok Parser creation caused by the Angular upgrade
earlier. We would like to make sure this feature is covered by cypress tests as
well.
As part of this story, we'll gonna introduce cypress tests in the Config UI and
bring it to a common platform/setup with the Alert UI.
