Summary: Temporarily excluding Cypress from Travis build

Build on Travis is failing because of an unzipping issue of the Cypress
installation process.
Even we tested it and had multiple successful builds, upgrading to Cypress
3.2.0 wasn't solved the problem. You can find more on this in the following
link: [https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/issues/3515]
Until the fix arrives we should exclude Cypress from the Travis build process.
