When you click Actions -> Add to Alert, it'll still bring up the sidepane to
select which meta alert to add the alerts to, even though none are selected and
the mouse has the "can't choose this" type icon.
I'd attach a screenshot, but since that changes the mouse icon, it's not
particularly helpful
