Full dev is failing during the build step with this error:

Failure to find org.mortbay.jetty:jetty-util:jar:6.1.26.hwx in
http://clojars.org/repo was cached in the local repository, resolution will not
be reattempted until the update interval of clojars.org has elapsed or updates
are forced{code}
