Parser aggregation is enabled for bro__yaf__snort in full dev, however a
feature is not yet available to expose that functionality via the management
UI. A UI feature is currently underway for this work, but not yet complete. In
the meantime, so as to avoid any confusion for those spinning up full dev, the
reason for the mismatched state should be documented.
