In NgRx, reducers are responsible for performing actual state changes in the
global store. When something has been changed, it's the reducer's job to put it
in the store in the appropriate way.

The implementation is pretty straightforward. Every reducer has the appropriate
action to listen to and react to it. For example if we would like to start a
parser, there must be a "start parser" action in order to trigger a state
change that hasn't happened yet. It's the responsible who will update the store.
