MohanDV commented on issue #1432: METRON-2142: Install solr schema as metron user to remove dependency over solr keytab URL: https://github.com/apache/metron/pull/1432#issuecomment-495633293 @nickwallen if I start the indexing server prior to kerberizing it will not try kinit the user and schema will be created and the flag file will be set to true. Subsequent restarts post kerberization will not try recreating the schema.
