Summary: Improve reverse-lookup of Stellar functions in the code

Stellar functions provide a powerful, flexible annotation API that enables
developers to add context to function names by also including a namespace. This
also makes it challenging at times to find the appropriate classes and static
subclasses that correspond to a function. We should look into solutions to make
it easier to trace back a function to its fully qualified classname.
