metron-contrib doesn't have a readme. This means that in the published
documentation metron docker is at the top level.
This implies to people reading the documents that metron docker works, and is
supported, but it is not up to date and working.
This causes unnecessary confusion and should be changed.
metron-contrib should have a proper readme that describes the things that would
go in there
