This change will remove the Legacy HBase Client, which was left in-place to
allow the code base to continue to function as components were upgraded to
HBase 2.0.2.
This also removes the use of the Legacy HBase Client from the following two
components which are used by the Enrichment Coprocessor.
* SensorEnrichmentConfigController
* HBaseCacheWriter
