sensor-parser-config.component and wire NgRx

   "sensor-parser-config" and "sensor-parser-config-readonly" components are
responsible for displaying, creating and editing sensor data. Previously they
had nothing to do with NgRx but since we're managing the state in an NgRx
store, it made sense to refactor them and wire NgRx to manage the
aforementioned operations.

issues and submit an update to your PR as soon as possible.
It is also recommended that [travis-ci](https://travis-ci.org) is set up for
your personal repository such that your branches are built there before
submitting a pull request.
