Should it also backup the configuration of the Solr Index / ES Template?
If the goal is to allow to backup the full configurations to redeploy it on
another env and not only for the purpose of an hdp upgrade, then it will also
need to backup the configuration of the Kafka topics (number of partition,
replication, in-sync, etc)
