Steps to reproduce
* default time range is 'Last 15 minutes'
* press the query button and evaluate you see the time range filter in the xhr
request
* switch to manual filtering mode
* switch back to builder mode
* press query button
* evaluate you see no time range filter in the xhr query how ever the UI still
shows 'last 15 minutes' as the selected timerange
