Summary: Add a verbose mode to the end to end tests

Currently the end to end tests output logs generated during testing, resulting
in a large amount of printing to the screen with limited usefulness in most
cases. We should suppress this by default and allow a --verbose argument to be
passed `run_end_to_end.sh` which would re-surface the logs.
