Only the queries created by the query builder are allowed to save. When you
save a manual query, the recent query by the query builder is going to be saved.
The users should be able to save manual queries as well and when they choose
them from the saved searches panel the search bar should switch to the proper
query mode based on the saved search and fill the field accordingly.
