We have Stale mode in Query builder mode when the user is changing something in
the filter. The user has to press the search button to get the result. There is
a warning message if it is in the stale mode.
In the Manual Query Mode, while changing the search field content, in spite of
being in the stale mode, the user doesn't see the warning message, which needs
to be fixed.
