Description:
We have Stale mode in Query builder mode as well as Manual Query mode. When the
user is changing something in the filter, the user has to press the search
button to get the result. There is a warning message if it is in the stale mode.
*Problem*
Go to
{code:java}
/alert-list{code}
Switch to Manual Query
Switch to Query builder, and switch back to Manual Query
Type something in the timestamp filter textbox.
No StaleMode warning appears.

In the Manual Query Mode, while changing the search field content, in spite of
being in the stale mode, the user doesn't see the warning message, which needs
to be fixed.
