Hi [~sziszo], thanks for reaching out - I see you work on Ambari. I'm hoping we
can collaborate on figuring out a solution for this problem. There is a ticket
already open for this against Ambari here -

as to why you believe this is a client issue and not an issue with how Ambari
is handling the host component map? There has been quite a bit of discussion
about the service_advisor parent code misbehaving and some attempted
workarounds here:
