Suggested by Casey Stella:

Remove hard coded topology.workers: 1 for enrichment configurations.
(metron-platform/metron-enrichment/src/main/flux/enrichment/remote.yaml)

Set defaults for elasticsearch.properties and solr.properties.

Enable overrides:
metron-deployment/roles/metron_streaming/tasks/main.yml
